AI Face Find is used to help guests find their own photos and to personalize visibility in Private galleries. Matching is scoped to the event, and guests only see the content they are allowed to access. Event owners can manage access and remove content when needed.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. Gleamy works in the mobile browser on gleamy.ai. Guests open your link or scan the QR code, upload or browse the gallery, and use AI Face Find without installing an app.

What’s the upload limit? Are guests truly unlimited?

You can invite unlimited guests to your event. Plan limits apply to the total number of photo and video uploads per event, so you can choose a plan based on your expected upload volume.

How do photo and video quotas work?

Each plan includes separate photo and video quotas. For example, Starter includes 2,000 photos and 50 videos. If you need more capacity, you can purchase additional uploads anytime without changing your plan.

Who owns the copyright to the photos and videos?

Gleamy does not claim copyright over uploaded content. Rights remain with the people who created the photos and videos. Event owners can manage access and visibility within the event gallery.

Can event owners remove photos or videos?

Yes. Event owners can manage the gallery, review uploads, and remove content when needed. AI moderation also helps filter inappropriate uploads automatically.

Can I get a refund after purchasing a plan?

Because plans are event-based, refund eligibility can depend on the event date and usage. If the event has not happened yet and the gallery has not been actively used, a refund or date change may be possible. Please check the terms on the purchase page for details.
