In Public galleries, anyone with the link or QR code can access and view the gallery. In Private galleries, guests complete selfie verification and only see photos and videos they appear in (content they’re not in is not visible).
Face matching is used to help guests find their own moments and to personalize visibility in Private galleries. Matching is scoped to the event, and guests only see the content they’re entitled to. Event owners can manage access and remove content when needed.
You can invite unlimited guests to your event. Plan limits apply to the total number of photo/video uploads per event, so you can choose a plan based on your expected upload volume.
Gleamy does not claim copyright over uploaded content. Rights remain with the people who created the photos and videos. Event owners can manage access and visibility within the event gallery.
Because plans are event-based, refund eligibility can depend on the event date and usage. If the event hasn’t happened yet and the gallery hasn’t been actively used, a refund or date change may be possible. Please check the terms on the purchase page for details.
