AI Face Find helps guests find photos they appear in within a specific event gallery. Private gallery access may use face matching to personalize which event content a guest can view. Face recognition is used only for event-specific gallery features and not for advertising, public surveillance, or cross-event tracking.

2. Data processed

Depending on the feature used, Gleamy may process selfies, photos, videos, face-matching data derived from those images, event identifiers, session information, and technical logs needed to provide and secure the feature.

3. Legal basis and consent

Where required by applicable law, face recognition or face-matching data is processed only with explicit consent or another valid legal basis. If explicit consent is required, it must be requested separately from general Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy acceptance.

4. Retention and deletion

Face recognition data is retained only for as long as needed to provide the event-specific feature, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet technical backup requirements. Users may request deletion of their selfie or face-matching data where applicable.

5. Sharing

Face recognition data is not sold. It may be processed by trusted infrastructure or technology providers only where needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service, under appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

6. Withdrawal of consent

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent may prevent AI Face Find or Private gallery access from working for you, but it does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

7. Event Host responsibilities

Event Hosts are responsible for informing guests, photographers, and other participants that Gleamy may be used for event photo sharing and, where enabled, face recognition features. Event Hosts must obtain any notices, permissions, or consents required by applicable law before enabling these features.
