Partner Policy

Affiliate Program Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This Affiliate Program Policy ("Policy") sets the ground for a fair, sustainable partnership. The rules below exist so every partner competes on the same terms, commissions stay transparent, and Gleamy remains trustworthy for the customers you refer. The aim is to grow the program without confusion. This Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read together with them. By joining the program, you agree to this Policy.

Gleamy Affiliate Program Policy

1. Program operator

The Gleamy Affiliate Program is operated by the Gleamy service provider.

Brand
Gleamy

For detailed legal identity, address, tax, and contact information about the service provider, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

2. Collaboration philosophy

The Gleamy Affiliate Program lets approved partners refer event hosts to Gleamy. When a host creates an event, enters your affiliate code, and completes an eligible plan purchase, that sale may be attributed to you. Approved affiliates earn 30% commission on each new referred customer’s first eligible purchase, then 15% on that customer’s eligible purchases made within 12 months of their first attributed purchase. Customers who use your affiliate code also receive 10% off their first event plan. We want partners who grow with the product — not shortcuts that erode trust.

This Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable laws. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

3. How collaboration works

Attribution and commission work as follows:

  1. Apply on the Gleamy affiliates page. We review each application and may approve or decline it at our discretion.
  2. If approved, you receive a unique affiliate code by email.
  3. Event hosts you refer enter your code in the Affiliate code or Discount code field when creating an event on Gleamy.
  4. When the host completes an eligible plan purchase for that event, the sale is attributed to you and the customer receives 10% off their first event plan.
  5. You earn 30% commission on each new referred customer’s first eligible purchase, then 15% on that customer’s eligible purchases made within 12 months of their first attributed purchase, unless we agree different terms with you in writing.
  6. Commission from an attributed sale becomes approved 14 days after the later of the event date or the plan purchase date. This waiting period allows for refund requests and helps confirm that the transaction is final.
  7. Once your approved balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, we pay the IBAN you give us. We will ask you for IBAN and payout details when you join, or when we need them to process a payment.

Commission rates and eligibility rules may change from time to time. We will tell you about any material changes.

4. Who can join, and which channels are accepted

The program is open to professionals who can introduce Gleamy accurately to event hosts. To join, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Give accurate, complete information when you apply, and keep your payout details, including your IBAN, up to date.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising and disclosure rules.
  • Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical practices.
  • Promote Gleamy through channels you control and can disclose clearly — for example your website, social media, newsletter, email, events, client meetings, or consulting work. Paid search on Gleamy brand terms is not an accepted channel.

We may reject or end affiliate participation at our discretion, including where the channel or promotional method does not meet this Policy.

5. Attribution and affiliate code

A sale is attributed to you when an event host enters your unique affiliate code in the Affiliate code or Discount code field during event creation, and that event is tied to a completed eligible plan purchase. Only one affiliate code can be used per transaction. We do not use referral links or cookies for attribution. If a customer is first attributed to you through an eligible purchase, eligible purchases by the same customer within 12 months of that first attributed purchase may also generate commission, unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

  • After approval, you receive a unique affiliate code. You may share it through channels such as your website, social media, newsletter, email, events, or client conversations, as long as you meet the disclosure requirements in this Policy.
  • The event host must enter your code in the Affiliate code or Discount code field when creating the event, before completing the plan purchase.
  • If the purchase for that event is completed and eligible, the sale is attributed to you.
  • We will email you about attributed sales, commission status (pending, approved, or declined), and payout details.

6. Disclosure requirements

Whenever you promote Gleamy, you must clearly say that you are an affiliate. This is a legal requirement in many jurisdictions, and it is how your audience stays informed.

  • Place a clear, easy-to-see disclosure next to your promotional content or whenever you share your affiliate code.
  • Use plain language such as "I am a Gleamy affiliate."
  • Do not hide disclosures in footnotes or other hard-to-find places.
  • Keep disclosures visible on every platform where you promote Gleamy, including websites, social media, email, and video.

If you do not disclose the relationship properly, we may end your participation. You may also face legal consequences under applicable advertising rules.

7. Prohibited practices

The following are not allowed. They undermine trust between partners, customers, and Gleamy, and may result in removal from the program and the loss of unpaid commissions:

  • Using misleading, deceptive, or false advertising to promote Gleamy.
  • Making false claims about Gleamy's features, pricing, or benefits.
  • Bidding on Gleamy brand keywords in paid search advertising.
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited emails, messages, or other communications.
  • Self-referrals or fake accounts, including using your own affiliate code for personal purchases.
  • Publishing, selling, or distributing your affiliate code through unauthorized coupon sites, misleading promotions, or any channel that does not clearly disclose your affiliate relationship.
  • Promoting Gleamy on websites that contain illegal, harmful, defamatory, or adult content.
  • Impersonating Gleamy or misrepresenting your relationship with us.
  • Violating applicable laws, regulations, or third-party terms of service.

8. Brand and intellectual property

You may use the approved Gleamy marketing materials we provide. In return, you agree to:

  • Use Gleamy's name, logo, and trademarks only as authorized.
  • Not modify our brand assets or create derivative works from them without permission.
  • Not register domain names or social handles that include 'Gleamy' or confusingly similar terms.
  • Remove all Gleamy branding and stop using our materials if your participation ends.

9. Commission, vesting, and payouts

Payouts are designed to be predictable. Here is when commission is earned, when it is approved, and how it is paid:

  • The minimum payout threshold is €100, or the equivalent in your local currency at the exchange rate used at the time of payout. Balances below this amount roll over to the next period.
  • When your approved commission balance reaches the minimum threshold, we start a bank transfer to the IBAN you provide. You are responsible for giving us accurate payout details when we ask for them.
  • Payouts are typically processed monthly, usually within the first 10 business days of each month. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to complete the transfer.
  • Commissions are paid only on confirmed, non-refunded transactions. Commission is approved 14 days after the later of the event date or the plan purchase date.
  • Keep your payout and contact details accurate so payments are not delayed.

You are responsible for any taxes, reporting, and compliance related to your affiliate income in your jurisdiction.

10. Commission reversals

We may reverse or decline commissions in the following situations, so payouts stay tied to genuine, completed sales:

  • The customer attributed to you requests and receives a refund.
  • A chargeback or payment dispute occurs.
  • The transaction is flagged as fraudulent or suspicious.
  • Attribution was obtained through prohibited practices or in violation of this Policy.
  • The customer's account is terminated for cause.

11. Ending the partnership

Either party may end participation at any time:

  • You may leave the program by emailing hello@gleamy.ai or using the contact form on the gleamy.ai homepage.
  • We may suspend or end your participation immediately if you violate this Policy or use prohibited practices.
  • When participation ends, you must stop all promotional activity and remove Gleamy branding. From the termination date, your affiliate code will no longer attribute new sales to you.
  • Pending commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to a policy violation.
  • Balances below the minimum payout threshold at termination may be forfeited.
  • Earned and approved commissions will be paid on the regular payout schedule.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the program will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 3 months before the claim.
  • The program is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Affiliate Program Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page
  • Email you at least 30 days before material changes take effect
  • Provide a short summary of the key changes where practical

If you continue to participate after the effective date, you accept the updated Policy. If you do not agree, you may leave the program before the changes take effect.

14. Partner support and contact
