This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read together with them. By participating in the program, you agree to this Policy.

Read our Terms & Conditions

3. How the program works

The affiliate flow works as follows:

  1. Apply to join the program via the Gleamy affiliates page. We review your application and may approve or decline it at our discretion.
  2. If approved, you receive a unique affiliate code by email.
  3. Event hosts you refer create an event on Gleamy and enter your affiliate code in the designated 'Affiliate code' field when setting up their event.
  4. When the event host completes a plan purchase for that event, the sale is attributed to you.
  5. Commission from an attributed sale becomes approved 14 days after the later of: the event date or the plan purchase date. This period allows for refund requests and ensures the transaction is final.
  6. Once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, we process payment to the IBAN you provide to us. We request IBAN and payout details from you; you share them with us when joining or when we need them for payment.

Commission rates and eligibility rules may be updated from time to time. We will communicate any changes to you.

4. Eligibility

To participate in the Gleamy Affiliate Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your payout details (including IBAN) up to date.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising and disclosure requirements.
  • Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical practices.

We reserve the right to reject or terminate affiliate participation at our discretion.

5. Attribution and affiliate code

Attribution occurs when an event host enters your unique affiliate code in the 'Affiliate code' field during event creation, and that event is linked to a completed plan purchase. Only one affiliate code can be applied per transaction. No referral links or cookies are used for attribution.

  • You receive your unique affiliate code after approval; you may share it through your preferred channels (e.g., social media, email, your website) with event hosts you refer, provided you comply with disclosure requirements.
  • The event host enters your code when creating an event, before completing the plan purchase.
  • If the purchase is completed for that event and is eligible, the sale is attributed to you.
  • We will inform you via email of attributed sales, commission status (pending, approved, or declined), and payout details.

6. Disclosure requirements

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Gleamy whenever you promote our services. This is a legal requirement in many jurisdictions.

  • Include a clear and conspicuous disclosure near any promotional content or when sharing your affiliate code.
  • Use straightforward language such as "I am a Gleamy affiliate" or "I may earn a commission if you use my affiliate code when creating your event."
  • Do not hide disclosures in footnotes or hard-to-find locations.
  • Ensure disclosures are visible on all platforms where you promote Gleamy (websites, social media, email, video, etc.).

Failure to properly disclose your affiliate relationship may result in termination and potential legal consequences.

7. Prohibited practices

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions:

  • Using misleading, deceptive, or false advertising to promote Gleamy.
  • Making false claims about Gleamy's features, pricing, or benefits.
  • Bidding on Gleamy brand keywords in paid search advertising.
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited emails, messages, or communications.
  • Self-referrals or creating fake accounts (e.g., using your own affiliate code for personal purchases).
  • Sharing or selling your affiliate code for unauthorized use.
  • Promoting Gleamy on websites containing illegal, harmful, defamatory, or adult content.
  • Impersonating Gleamy or misrepresenting your relationship with us.
  • Violating applicable laws, regulations, or third-party terms of service.

8. Brand and intellectual property

When promoting Gleamy, you may use our approved marketing materials as provided. You agree to:

  • Use Gleamy's name, logo, and trademarks only as authorized.
  • Not modify or create derivative works from our brand assets without permission.
  • Not register domain names or handles that include 'Gleamy' or confusingly similar terms.
  • Remove all Gleamy branding and cease use of our materials upon termination.

9. Payouts and payment terms

Affiliate payouts are processed as follows:

  • minimum payout threshold: €50 (or equivalent in your local currency at the exchange rate used at the time of payout). Balances below this amount roll over to the next period.
  • When your approved commission balance reaches the minimum threshold, we initiate a bank transfer to the IBAN you provide to us. We request IBAN details from affiliates; you share yours with us when we need them for payment.
  • Payouts are typically processed monthly, usually within the first 10 business days of each month. Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
  • Commissions are paid only on confirmed, non-refunded transactions. Commission is approved 14 days after the later of: the event date or the plan purchase date.
  • Provide your IBAN when we request it and keep your contact details accurate to avoid payment delays.

You are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, and compliance requirements related to your affiliate income in your jurisdiction.

10. Commission reversals

Commissions may be reversed or declined in the following situations:

  • The customer attributed to you requests and receives a refund.
  • A chargeback or payment dispute occurs.
  • The transaction is flagged as fraudulent or suspicious.
  • Attribution was obtained through prohibited practices or in violation of this Policy.
  • The customer's account is terminated for cause.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time:

  • You may withdraw by contacting us at hello@gleamy.ai or via the contact form on the gleamy.ai homepage.
  • We may suspend or terminate your participation immediately if you violate this Policy or engage in prohibited practices.
  • Upon termination, you must cease all promotional activities and remove Gleamy branding. From the termination date, your affiliate code will no longer attribute new sales to you.
  • Pending commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to policy violations.
  • Balances below the minimum payout threshold at termination may be forfeited.
  • Earned and approved commissions will be paid according to the regular payout schedule.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the program will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
  • The program is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Affiliate Program Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page
  • Notify you via email at least 30 days before changes take effect (for material changes)
  • Provide a summary of key changes where practical

Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree, you may withdraw from the program before the changes take effect.
