Distance Selling Contract
Last updated: January 2026
This Distance Selling Contract ("Contract") is provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules for distance sales, including Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection in Turkey and related secondary legislation where they apply to consumers purchasing Gleamy plans online. It supplements our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy; where there is a conflict for mandatory consumer rights, applicable law prevails.

1. Scope and related documents
This Contract applies when you, as a consumer, purchase paid plans or event packages for the Gleamy platform (the "Service") through our website at gleamy.ai using distance communication means (online checkout). It describes key information required for distance contracts together with the pre-contract information presented at checkout. Our Terms & Conditions govern use of the Service in full; our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed; our Refund Policy explains when refunds may be considered.
2. Service provider details

3. Subject matter of the contract
The subject of this Contract is the provision of access to Gleamy's hosted software service for creating and managing event galleries, within the limits of the plan or package you select (including applicable storage, features, and duration as described on our website and at checkout). The Service is provided digitally; no physical goods are delivered.
4. Total price, taxes, and payment
The total price payable, currency, and any applicable taxes or fees are shown clearly before you complete payment. Payment is processed by our payment service provider (such as Iyzico); card and payment data are handled according to industry security practices and the provider's terms. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge for the selected plan or package.
5. Performance and delivery
After successful payment, digital access to the Service is made available through your Gleamy account in line with the purchased plan. You are responsible for providing accurate account and billing information. Operational availability may be affected by maintenance or events outside our reasonable control as described in our Terms & Conditions.
6. Right of withdrawal and digital content
If you are a consumer in the European Union or Turkey, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the day of the contract, subject to applicable law.
Because Gleamy supplies digital content that can be accessed and used immediately after purchase, we may ask for your express consent to begin supplying the Service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. Where you give such consent and the Service is fully performed, you may lose the right of withdrawal in line with applicable rules. If you do not consent, your withdrawal right may remain, but access may be delayed until the withdrawal period expires.
Refund requests outside or alongside these rules are handled according to our Refund Policy, which is designed to align with our event-based product and fair use.
7. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you have a complaint about your purchase or the Service, contact us first at hello@gleamy.ai or via the contact form on the gleamy.ai homepage. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to use consumer mediation or arbitration mechanisms or to apply to consumer authorities where provided by law. Nothing in this Contract limits any mandatory statutory rights.
8. Changes to this Contract
We may update this Contract to reflect changes in the Service, checkout flow, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in line with our Terms & Conditions. The version published on this page is the applicable text.
